Logic Pro not responding for a long time in project manager

I have recently switched to a new Macbook Pro M4 Pro, but I've had this issue on my Intel Macbook Pro 2019 as well. Upon starting Logic, it loads all plugins as usual and does the regular starting up. When the Project Manager opens up, it shows the loading mouse-cursor for about 1-2mins and doesn't respond.

I have tried the following remedies, without change:

  • Everything in this article Use startup modifier keys with Logic Pro for Mac - Apple Support (CA)
  • Disabling plugins that work but are Intel 32-Bit according to "PlugInfo"
  • Opening Logic without core audio
  • Opening Logic without audio units
  • Resetting & rescanning all audio units
  • Trashing the preferences ("com.apple.logic.pro.cs" and "com.apple.logic10.plist")
  • Opening Logic on a new user profile
  • Reinstalling Logic (I put it in the trash and pressed "install" in the App Store)
