connecting three apple 27 thunderbolt monitors to a 2018 mac mini

Hello!! I am trying to connect three 27 inch apple thunderbolt monitors to my 2018 mac mini. Any advice? I tried getting an thunderbolt to HDMI adapter and does not work. I also tried plugging in the thunderbolt cable from the 3rd monitor to the 2nd monitor (daisy chain) I hear sound but no image on 3rd screen. My next thought was to get a separate thunderbolt 2 cable and try to daisy chain this way. Any advice from the community?

Based on a bit of quick research, the 2018 mini supports only 2 Thunderbolt displays + 1 HDMI display, not 3 Thunderbolt displays. (or only 1 TB display at higher resolution.)

From everymac.com for the 2018 mini->

*This model supports "up to" three displays. It can support either (1) two displays up to 4096x2304 at 60 Hz via Thunderbolt 3 and one display up to 4096x2160 at 60 Hz via HDMI 2.0; OR (2) one display up to 5120x2880 at 60 Hz via Thunderbolt 3 and one display up to 4096x2160 at 60 Hz via HDMI 2.0.
