Keychain using wrong password

I have asked this question before and got no replies. But it is now worse than before as I have the same problem with three totally unconnected websites.

Keychain is entering the wrong password when I try to login to the three different sites. They are Evri (a UK courier service), MediVet (my veterinary practice) and The Rambers (UK walking/hiking charity). These websites have nothing to do with each other. The only common factor is that their login website ends with eu.auth0.com. When I try to login to one site, Keychain enters the password for one of the other sites.

Any ideas how I can stop this happening? Thanks

Keychain passwords are incorrect For a while now when I try to use a password in Safari, it fills in the wrong password, and results in that website locking me out for too many unsuccessful login attempts. It just happened now with my Pennie health insurance account. This is the third time I've had to call them to unlock my account and send me a new password link. Am I going to have to go back to my old way of creating my own passwords and writing them down? I thought Keychain was supposed to be a better way of managing more secure passwords. I used the link the admin person from the account sent me, changed my password to the strong password suggested by Safari and updated keychain, then when I went to log in to the website Safari filled in the wrong password and now I am locked out of the site again. Can anyone help? What am I doing wrong?

KEYCHAIN WEIRDNESS! What could be going on? I am trying to log into a site, I open Keychain, find the site, click on "Show Password", the window opens asking for my admin. password. I put that in, click OK, and the password window for the website stays EMPTY!!! I try it over and over, and the same thing happens! And for some reason, in the Keychain window asking for my password, there's an arrow on the right hand side of the window I put my password in. What's that all about? And why isn't this working?

Keychain fails to remember password or username I often ask keychain to generate and save a new password. Often keychain doesn't save the password that it has generated. Other times Keychain will not remember the username. Why does this happen and how can I ensure keychain always saves the username and passwords I create?
