iCloud Contacts not syncing to Mac mini

It seems that a few people have asked somewhat similar questions without any responses, but I'll give it a go. I have iCloud+ and Contacts are saved to iCloud on all devices. My iPhone and iPad seem to have identical lists of contacts. However, they do not seem to sync to my MacMini (2018). I have contacts on the MacMini that do not appear on my iOS devices. I checked to be sure that the contacts on the MacMini in question are in the All iCloud group, and turned off and on the Saved to iCloud sync in System Settings without results. Any suggestions for a solution?

I've a similar issue. I updated a contact from my Apple M1 Silicon, on Tahoe, a day ago and today using latest MacOS 26.0.1 versioning of MacOS. Each time the edit was finished and done, within (whatever time span) I looked at it again, and all of the changes reverted back to what they were prior on the M1. Meaning, the sync is not working correctly between MacOS and iPhone. This morning, I reversed the edit process and edited the contact on iPhone (again on latest versioning of iOS) and now it appears correctly (so far stable) on MacOS Contacts.
