That is an incomplete or edited EtreCheckPro Report.

It is missing:

Free Disk Space

The macOS version

The USB/TB bus section

The System Software version

The System Launch and User Login

The entire Top Process and Energy sections

Plus any High CPU, Panic and Crash Diagnostics Info

Restart in Safe Mode followed by a normal Restart.

Then run and post a new EtreCheckPro Report with Full Access.

It looks like you have moved your User Account from the Mac Mini's 256GB internal drive to a 512GB external drive, then lost connecting with the external drive in the first report.

The best practice is to keep your User Account on the startup drive with macOS and only move your Photos, Movies and Music Libraries to the external drive. see > Free up storage space on Mac - Apple Support

It looks like your initial problem was setoff and caused by Double Commander, which I am not familiar with.

If it keeps happening...?

Go to Double Commander support for Help or uninstall it and test for a few days.
