Finder menu > Settings > Sidebar tab, check the box for iCloud Drive under Locations. In a Finder window, it will be in Locations. You may need to expand the list, mouse-over to the right of the name to see the arrow, and click it.
Presume you've done so, but in System Settings > Apple Account (your name at the top of the sidebar), click on iCloud then Drive and make sure that iCloud Drive is enabled.

Finder menu > Settings > Sidebar tab, is the box to show iCloud Drive ticked?

You have to have it checked to show in the sidebar, and you also have to have iCloud Drive active in your Apple account settings. Do you have both of those active and still are not seeing it there?
Odd! Are you using Desktop & Documents syncing? I don't know if that would preclude iCloud Drive from showing up in the Sidebar, I doubt it but I have no desire to activate it to test. Possibly a bug in Tahoe with some as-yet-undetermined dependency.
Worth noting that Apple mucked about with this going from Sequoia to Tahoe. In Sequoia, there was a separate iCloud section of the Finder Sidebar with options for the Drive and the Shared (Smart) folder.
In Tahoe, iCloud Drive is under Locations and the Shared Smart folder (which is only for files shared with others via iCloud Drive) is up top with the other Smart Folder, Recents.

Nope. It doesn't show on either of my Macs running Tahoe 26.0.1. An M1 MBA and an M3 iMac. Beats me.
Maybe we're talking about different things? I see what I'd expect to see right here, your iCloud Drive showing up in the Finder Sidebar:
Note that there are two similar-sounding settings, iCloud Drive and Cloud Storage.
The first one is specifically for iCloud Drive, which I see showing up in your Sidebar screenshot. The second is for non-iCloud cloud storage, for example that tick box controls whether or not OneDrive, Box, and Egnyte show up in the Locations section of my Finder sidebar (and presumably DropBox, etc., though I only use those three services). So if you're expecting to see something with Cloud Storage checked, you need to be signed into another cloud storage service (and have the corresponding app/extension for that service installed and running on your Mac).

Just to add, I think you misunderstood my question.

That makes sense since I don't use any third-party Cloud services. However, It shouldn't be labled "iCloud Stroage" since it has nothing to do with iCloud. 🤷♂️
Thank you.

Ole!
You can tell I'm not a regular user....

Yep and nope.
Oh. I read it wrong. lol NM. :)
I may need new glasses, or wear the ones I have.
