SIRI suggesting push notifications when using shortcuts

iOS26, iPhone 16 Promax. This issue started with iOS 26 update. I hope I can explain this clearly.

I have Vector Security app with scenes/shortcuts. When I run a shortcut from within the Vector app, or from my watch (watchOS 26) w/out using SIRI, everything works as it should.

However, when I use SIRI from my phone (which then connects to my HomePod mini) OR manually run the shortcut from within the shortcuts app, after the shortcut runs, SIRI tells me to turn push notifications on.

I have checked Notifications in: the vector app, in SIRI, notifications in settings, everywhere I can find references to notifications and they are ALL turned on.

What can I do to solve this issue?
