Deploy App Mainstage to users issue

We use an MDM called Mosyle to deploy Apps to Macs and Ipads. We've never had an issue with any other app. Our users do not have admin rights and this generally isn't an issue. But for this one it deploys fine but the users cannot sue it because it prompts for an admin login we'd rather not give them. Is there any way of automate this download or running it without admin permissions?
