So I’m trying to change my ringtone but for whatever reason it just won’t change. I made a 20 second video of the ringtone not changing and i’m hoping that I can get some help on this. Please and thank you !

Have you tried changing your ringtone via settings app?
go into settings scroll down to Sounds & Haptics which is below Notifications then click ringtone choose the desired sound and then press save in the top right hand corner. I hope this works for you if not try turning your device off and then turn it back on and then try these steps again.

I have, still isn’t working. Also did the link not work ? I put a link in the message but it doesn’t have the blue line in it (test)
