Apple TV 4K lacks a "Forget Network" option, forcing a full reset just to change Wi-Fi

I just had to reset my perfectly fine working Apple TV 4K due to the fact this feature is missing.

I happened to change my infra, but kept same SSID and password.

The ONLY, and I repeat, ONLY DEVICE that needed a refresh was my Apple TV box.

What a crazy overlook from Apple.

Could we get this sorted out? I mean, I am not looking forward to resetting it again soon... but other people might need this.

So what model Apple TV and what version of tvOS?

I have a 4K 3rd gen Apple TV running tvOS 26 and there is a Forget this Network option plain as day.

Sorry, I believe I lacked more info: I tried the whole troubleshoot section for the network area. The problem really was not on the router side. So much that I actually did the reset on my unit, just to be able to get in again on the same wifi that minutes ago it would not.

The official troubleshoot guide only works if you can connect to the router, which in my case I could not. The only option left was to reset my unit, due to the fact it would not join the wifi network. The saved information regarding the wifi network was conflicting and not allowing me to do the connection.

A simple forget or edit network settings, such as in the iPhone, would have been more than enough.
