AirPods 4 noise cancellation causing ear popping sensation

Hi I have the AirPods 4 noise cancellation but get the most annoying feeling in my left ear. It feels like when you are in aeroplane and it needs to pop. Does anyone else suffer with this. I have tried all different sized ear buds but still happens. Any advice
