Need Help: Apple Podcast Not Pulling from RSS Feed

Recently I changed my podcast hosting provider from Podbean to Kijabi.

This meant updating the RSS feed in Apple Podcasts to the new RSS feed.

https://app.kajabi.com/podcasts/2148012389/feed.rss

Note you can Apple shows the proper RSS feed.

My problem is Apple Podcasts isn't pushing the new episodes. It has stopped on episode #250 when it should be pulling down episode #251. The RSS feed works fine since different podcast providers (pandora, spotify, audible, ...) seem to have no issue pulling down episode #251.

I have sent two support requests to https://podcastsconnect.apple.com/contact-us?content_type=podcasts

Only to get auto reply emails and no actual customer support.

Can anyone help or provider recommendations I should follow to talk to a human at Apple that can help?

Thank you

Ross

Episode 251 appears when subscribing on a Mac (where the feed is read directly and Apple Podcasts itself is not involved) though it does not appear in the online version (what used to be the iTunes Store).

The episode was posted less than 48 hours ago as I write (0925 GMT on Wednesday, it was posted at 1540 on Monday). I can take around two days for a new episode to appear, someties more, because the feed, which is cached, is checked on some sort of rotation, as Podcasts works its way round the many thousands of podcasts.

So it may just be a question of waiting, and it may appear in the nect day or so. If it doesn't, all you can do is Poscasts Support (again) and ask them to refresh the feed. I'm afraid their record on answering promptly doesn't seem that good, but there's no other action which is possible. There's no phone contact (it would be permanently engaged).
