Unable to access Apple Music with MTN subscription in Nigeria

I’m in Nigeria I used my Mtn app to subscribe for my apple music but when I try to open the apple music after the subscription I made I have been told that my network provider doesn’t has any subscription, I contacted my Mtn network provider they said I should contact apple
