AirPods Pro 3 audio quality drops with Vision Pro

When I pair my AirPod Pro 3 to the AVP initially all works as expected. But if I discount (take off the AVP for example) and reconnect the AirPods the audio quality becomes tiny and poor quality. The only way to resolve is to have the AVP forget the AirPods and rediscover them. The issue will repeat. I have tried rebooting the AVP and validated the AirPods are on the latest firmware (8A357) as of writing this and AVP is on VisionOS26. I can reproduce this repeatedly.

I never had this issue with my AirPod pro 2 and validated the issue still does not occur with AirPods Pro 2 just the pro 3’s
