Same here on my iPhone 17Pro in Germany. AI is loaded according to system information, but it tells me that the models need to be downloaded to be working. In my case it actually did worked for the first two days and then stopped working.

Edit: I also reseted all settings on my 17 this morning, after toggling AI off, to force AI to load the models again, but that didn’t help either.

After several calls to technical support and futile attempts (e.g., restarting the device, download chatgpt app and creating an account, freeing up iCloud space, enabling and disabling Apple Intelligence), the problem was not resolved. I've closed the support request because the technicians were very unprepared, offering useless and obvious solutions, not those of specialised technicians.

Same situation for me. I have an iPhone 15 Pro. Apple Intelligence and Visual Intelligence aren't working. I've called the support, but after a lot of operations with settings, they didn't resolve. I'm waiting for another solution from the support.

With ipad pro works fine.

Pls let us know if they came up with any solution.

Stopped working after a couple of days on iPhone 17 Pro Max for me. Tried all said solutions.
