Is there a way to clone the MAC address from my Apple TV HD to a newer AppleTV 4K?

Title says (most of) it all.

Considering upgrading my home theater AppleTV, whenever a new one comes out, then making the current 4K my travel/presentation device.

Totally a first world problem, but I really don't want to loose the already whitelisted MAC address from the current AppleTV HD? Is there a way to clone the HD MAC address to a 4K?

Perhaps using any supported MDM tools/utilities? Apple Configurator? I've searched, but not finding anything...

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 18

No. MAC addresses are inextricable tied to the hardware. You cannot clone them or transfer to another device.
