Facetime aborts after 20min in Tahoe and iOS 26

Ever since updating my M1 MacBook Pro and my iPhone 14 Pro to Tahoe / iOS 26, FaceTime calls freeze after 20min, then throw an error that my connection is unstable, then the call ends. Nothing has changed about my network or usage, the only variable is the OS.
