OSC message from an internal application

Hi everyone and developer team,

Using OSC protocol from a device is straightforward, since Logic Pro accepts OSC messages only from paired devices. Why this limitation exist? I would like to send OSC messages from other apps like Max or SuperCollider, but Logic doesn't get it. I wish developer team remove this limitation! In Reaper DAW one can control any parameter with OSC flawlessly. That must be doable with Logic Pro.

Hi everyone and developer team,

This is only a User forum, no dev is here!

If you like to send a message to apple use this link which is also accessible in Logic:

Are you in the same network? I have to admit, I've never communicated with Logic via OSC, only with Max and Reaktor from and to whatever software of non-musicians.
