podcast won't sync with iPhone

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Apple Watch (both Series 3 and Series 8). Most of the time , when I put it on the charger to sync podcasts, nothing syncs even until the watch is fully charged. When I check the Watch app on my iPhone, it shows that the sync is stuck on “Waiting.”

I’ve tried searching online and tried all the usual fixes—restarting both the watch and iPhone, etc.—but nothing has worked so far.

Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know a real solution?
