Error "Unable to connect to ChatGPT" on MacBook Pro

Hi there, I have bought a MacBook Pro in Australia, and also log in gpt, but the apple intelligent always say 'Unable to connect to ChatGPT. Try again.' My account has already changed to Aus, and language, siri also changed to English (US). I need help please.
