Seems the AirPods Pro 2 can use the Hearing Assistance features provided when paired with Apple iPhones, iPads etc. If you are using the AirPods with your Windows PC, and it doesn't have Hearing Assistance features, there may be a compatible app available. You may want to check with Microsoft.
Else if you also have an iPhone or iPad:
Eg: Apple Support's : Hearing Health Feature Availability: lists the countries and regions where the features are approved for use by the local authorities,
and says:
"The Hearing Test and Hearing Aid features are supported on AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods Pro 3 with the latest firmware paired with a compatible iPhone or iPad with iOS 18 or iPadOS 18 and later and are intended for people 18 years old or older."
You could use an iPhone or iPad to get insights into your hearing.
Take a Hearing Test with AirPods Pro 2 or AirPods Pro 3 - Apple Support
Then: see how to: Use the Hearing Aid feature on your AirPods Pro 2 or AirPods Pro 3 - Apple Support
There are earlier features for hearing that don't rely on local authorization, and various hearing modes also available, yet they work with the software in the Apple devices with which they are paired.
