Adjusting low-volume alerts for diabetic monitoring on iPhone

I have a hearing lost problem and I am also a diabetic. I use Libre 3 sensors for monitoring and controlling my diabetic medical condition.this sensors alert me when my glucose level go up or down. My problem is with default alert in my iPhone specially when my glucose level goes down when I am sleeping and I do not wearing my hearing aide. Unfortunately I do not hear the sound of the default alert because is too low. I have no problem with the sound of ringtone in my sleeping specially like Xylophone. My suggestion to Apple is to let the people like me be able to adjust or choose the ringtone we can hear in sleeping time.

Am no expert in this area, yet your post to the community deserves some response.

You may be able to change the default alert to something that wakes you?

Eg: If there is a low-glucose alert in Settings > Notifications on your iPhone:

you may be able to change it to a custom alert sound.

Else if the default alert tone is set with Libre 3 sensors software or an app:

Perhaps there is some support available from the manufacturer for users of the Libre 3 sensors:

See if you can: Change your wake up alarm in Clock on iPhone - Apple Support

or

Seems the troublesome alarm is with the Libre 3 sensors when you are not wearing Hearing-Aids ?

Am no expert in this area, yet it seems any changes Apple could make would affect it's own software.

Else: If help is needed with an Apple Accessibility software feature:
