when I try to upgrade my subscription to Paramount+ it gives me multiple error message and won’t let me upgrade and my current paramount+ subscription does not show up on my subscriptions on apple

If you subscribed through Apple, see if you can get into subscriptions on the App Store App on another device. Click on your profile (top right) > Subscriptions
