apple TV not showing TV series purchases

I purchased the Complete TV series for Scandal and Private Practice on Sep 18th along with renting two movies and purchasing four movies. The rentals and three movies showed up in AppleTV but the complete series and one movie did not. Only the first season shows for each. Which I already had so I have two season 1’s for both series. I’ve been charged for them but do t have access to them. I don’t want a refund. I want my series and movie. Don’t know how to attach a screen shot.
