camera apps and microphone not working and carplay not speaking

1. Apple car play does not say locations on the new iOS 26 on my 14 Pro Max.
2. Camera apps like Snapchat, instagram, etc. do not allow me to use the app because of I need to allow camera settings but that option seemed to disappear.
3. Other apps (Spotify, instagram, X, iPhone camera app) also ask for microphone permission and location and that option also disappeared and these also are unusable)

Is apple working on a update? This update felt rushed and I’ll never update my phone ahead of time again.
