Unable to connect to phone network after updating to iOS26 on iPhone 14

I have recently updated my iPhone14 to IOS26 but now I cannot connect to my phone network. Can I revert to IOS18?

For as far as I know you cannot revert, see If you're in need of a carrier settings update

Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
Tap Settings > General > About.
Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.

If this is nor working, try and force restart the iPhone

Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Press and hold the side button.When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
