This is a user-to-user forum and nobody here will block your phone.

If your phone has been lost or stolen, you can contact your carrier (phone company) and ask them to put the phone on a blacklist so that it will not receive cellular service from companies that honor the blacklist.

You may also want to use Find My to put the phone into Lost Mode and possibly to request a remote Erase. Do NOT fall for any messages you might receive claiming to be from "Apple" or the "Police" and asking you to provide your credentials, or to remove the phone from the list of devices associated with your Apple ID. These messages are not from Apple or the police, but from thieves, fences, etc. who want to scam you into giving them a way to get past the Activation Lock and "make your phone their own."
