"Checking for Updates" is still running

My iPhone 14 pro max was upgraded to iOS 26 three days ago. On the first and second day after upgrade, the phone was all right. Starting from today in the morning, the sentence "Checking for Updates" is still running on the screen even if Wi-Fi and Mobile network is turned off, even after network settings is reset. Could anyone assist me how to resolve this annoying issue?

iPhone Stuck in an Update:

A. Boot Loop:

You iPhone update has stalled. So, leave it plugged into the wall. Then, force restart your iPhone. If it then gets in a loop, use my user tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip

B. Using a computer:

If a Boot Loop is not this issue, then try using a computer to perform the update: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - Apple Community
