Ipad mouse compatibility is handicapped on purpose

Hi, I have an ipad pro 11' M1 model, and I use many web apps such as figma, rive for my design workflow and also for some business purposes, I have tried everything to gain a basic simple fundamental ability to use mouse scoll for zooming in and out on the canvas. I have read many posts here of people struggling to get this basic functionality to work on their respective apps, and seeing the same kind of reply that turn "Scroll with mouse on" in accessibility settings menu but they don't tell you that for this to work you need to turn on zoom which magnifies the whole screen rather than the browser canvas which is highly inconvenient, Just say that you don't want ipad users to work without headache, I used the same bluetooth mouse and keyboard on my android phone and everything works as expected. If there is any other magical setting to be turned on to gain this basic functionality please help, as I wanted to use this ipad while travelling. I have tried this in safari, chrome, aloha, if any other browser works, I am open to explore.
