AirPlay not showing video on Samsung TV

Have you tried casting video from different sources? Typically if a provider doesn't support airplay it will only stream audio so it's best to verify if it is that or an issue with airplay itself. Also check if the Samsung has any firmware update.

It’s likely a specific issue with AirPlaying to the Samsung. I would reach out to Apple so they can run through things and if a bug is verified they can pursue it.

Ok. I did try on my end (using Apple TV 4K with latest OS) and it did work. Did you check for firmware on the Samsung?

It seems as though after the last couple iOS updates, I have lost both the ability to connect to my Google TV As well as my Apple TV on occasion wants to get glitchy, is this a iOS issue or is this a Google environment issue?

Typically I don't use Smart TVs but did test the native Google TV on my display and airplay did work. Can you elaborate on what you mean by glitchy for the Apple TV..also what model and firmware (Apple TV runs TVOS).
