Hide My's behind locked Apple ID

So I was eSIM swapped in Jan 2024, I noticed my Apple Card statements came in the mail and immediately had apple and Goldman on the phone. That was March 2024. since then, I have tried to recover my its giving me a "auth token server" error when I do account recovery - which is also forcing me to use a phone number that was never attached to my iCloud. Its been over a year and half and I've noticed how no matter how many 'clouds" ( yes - I realized you only need ONE APPLE ACCOUNT but that happened after I was already stuck) so I'm jugging multipole accounts but the same consistent patterns. and I noticed.. Im using "Hide My's" as aliases to my real Apple ID. I can see old files from years ago on a brand new M4 and have NEVER logged into that account - been stuck out of it. I wouldn't care to give the account up, but 20 years of all my messages and passwords and credit files are all stuck and I know this because I logged into Transunion with my phone number and (zero email was used) and I saw it was now using a "HIDE MY" account email? So ... the only actual fact is that my phone number is my iCloud right?

Any one else been in an identity fraud and zero way out except begging Apple Engineers to help you? Ive filed with every law enforcement agency, every FTC, FBI, CFPB, everything. I have had my credit file accessed by people that put their own information on it to "freeze me out" --- Is this a thing? Because Im so far beyond frustrated after my health insurance was dropped without me knowing because there was someone that called and said they were me and cancelled it...
