Both iPad and phone were purchased in March 2025. Clean up shows on my phone, but doesn’t show on my iPad. Shows on my husbands iPad purchased the same day. I have updated to the latest. I live in NZ, have English chosen and Siri enabled.

The 10th Generation iPad doesn’t support Apple Intelligence. For Sole Intelligence you’ll need an iPad mini with A17 Pro or later, iPad Air, or iPad Pro with M1 or later. iPad (10th generation) and iPad (A16) don’t support Apple Intelligence.
It took me quite a while to figure out perhaps you’re talking about cleaning up iCloud Mail. Your post and title never mention Mail. Your title does say “photo”, so naturally I assumed you were referring to cleaning up photos.

Thanks again, and for your patience. I have just noticed that on the husbands iPad he has Siri and Apple Intelligence, but on mine there’s only Siri. Our iPads are the same age, with his being slightly smaller. Mine is 10th generation and just had the latest 18.7 update. Maybe I need to set up Apple Intelligence. I’ll google that

You are quite right. I have just been into the supplier and found that out! So much for that. Thanks heaps for your help. I will certainly ask again should I get stuck on anything
