I recently purchased an iphone16 and transferred all of my data from my old phone (SE 2020) to my new phone. The notifications from selected apps are not showing up on the 16 but still show on the SE. I have tried all of the "fixes" that I have seen and nothing has worked.

What exactly does " tried all the fixes" include?
I verified that all of the Notifications settings were the same as on my old phone and verified that Notification Center is enabled in Face ID & Passcode settings. I verified that my in-app notification settings were correct. I made sure that focus mode off. All of my settings are the same on the new phone as on the old phone. The old phone is still getting notifications from the apps that it did before but I am not getting the notifications on the new phone.
