How to sign out an locked Apple account

My iPad's Apple account keeps showing a recurring alert: "This account is locked and cannot be used."

I’ve tried all the suggestions on the support page, but everything keeps going in a loop.

I’ve tried using Forgot Password and Reset Password, but the same "Account is locked" alert pops up,

preventing me from proceeding further. I also submitted a request to regain access to the account but received an email rejecting my request.

I want to try creating a new account altogether, but I realized I cannot log out of the device without the login password.

What should I do to unlock the account, or just sign out to

start all over?

If the Apple Account associated with the iPad is permanently locked, you’ll need the original purchase receipt from Apple or an Apple authorized reseller, and a discussion with Apple Support about removing Activation Lock.
