transcription in different languages in notes

Usually, I frequently record audio in the Notes app in congresses or classes. With Apple Intelligence, it’s possible to create a transcription from the recorded audio. However, when the speaker isn’t speaking in English, Apple Intelligence is not able to create a transcription. I already tried to change the iPhone language to the speaker’s (for example, Portuguese) and then tried to record an audio again so that the iPhone can transcribe. That being said, the AI only transcribes audio in which the iPhone has the language set. 

ChatGPT can “listen” to any language spoken and create a transcript regardless of whether it’s in English or any other language different from the iPhone language…

Sometimes ChatGPT, because a bug idk, record the audio but can’t create the text and I lose all the context. After that it’s better to record an audio and then transcribe in iPhone notes app.

Does anyone have this concern and a solution for that?
