Apple TV asking for pin despite turning off restrictions
Apple TV keeps asking for the pin to watch a program although I have turned restrictions off

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 17
If the active user account (Apple Account) has a date of birth which might restrict some content (i.e. user under 17/18 for many countries), then age restrictions (e.g. R/NC-17/TV-MA) apply regardless of the manual Restrictions settings.
Could that be it?
