Notifications showing 12-hour format even though phone is set to 24-hour

Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed something strange on my iPhone 16 Plus running iOS 26. My system time is set to the 24-hour format, but notifications are still showing the 12-hour format (with AM/PM).

Has anyone else seen this issue? Is there a setting I might be missing, or could this be a bug in iOS 26?
