Escalation – Unethical Refusal to Repair iPhone 13 Pro After Software Upgrade
Hello Apple Escalation Team,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Apple’s unethical handling of my service request. My iPhone 13 Pro display got corrupted immediately after the latest software upgrade. Instead of addressing this clear software-related issue, your team shockingly refused to repair my device, citing scratches on a phone that has been in use for 5 years.
This reasoning is completely unacceptable. No customer can be expected to maintain a scratch-free phone over years of genuine usage. Hiding behind such excuses to deny service is nothing short of shameful for a brand like Apple, which claims to value quality and customer trust.
It is appalling that a premium device like the iPhone 13 Pro, purchased with the assurance of durability and world-class service, is being treated this way. This not only reflects poorly on product reliability but also raises serious questions about Apple’s ethics in handling genuine customer concerns.
I demand immediate escalation of this issue and a proper resolution. Apple must take responsibility, repair or replace the device without further delay, and restore the faith that loyal customers like me have placed in this brand.
If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to take this issue further through consumer forums and social media to expose such practices.
