Functioning of own Doh profile

Hi!

Can you tell me if there is a need in the supplement LetsEncrypt certificates signing from Apple certificate centre to get DOH working? If yes - what should we do? What sources should be used to sign the profiles? Do we need to fill something in additionally at web-server nginx configuration for Apple devices? (There are no problems with Linux and android devices)
