iPhone 13 Pro has no network access after iOS 26 update

I have an iPhone 13 Pro and updated to ios26 last night. Ever since then, my phone acts as if it doesn’t have any cellular service or a wifi connection, yet has full bars and is connected. I can’t use any apps. I’ve looked this issue up and have tried every solution I can find online: forced restart, toggles airplane mode, popped out the SIM card, contacted my carrier, and nothing. I need this fixed asap
