Wireless CarPlay issues for calls and voice texts on iPhone 16 Pro Max with iOS 26

I have a iPhone 16 pro Max. Ever since I downloaded system 26 i have had issues with my phone and Wireless Car Play. Whenever i receive a phone call it goes to my speaker phone instead of Car Play.If I make a call My speaker on my phone turns on. If I Try to send a Vocal text message in my car i get a prompt that it cannot send it. I own a 2025 Mini Cooper Countryman JCW. Everything i wrote above use to work flawlessly b4 the update 26. Ive seen other people having issues but i haven't seen anyone mention these issues. WHEN CAN WE EXPECT A FIX? Im going to turn Apple Car play off and start using Bluetooth until this gets resolved. Apple is a great company and expect a resolve soon. TY!
