What to do if Apple TV doesn't show incoming calls?

I am trying to set up display incoming phone calls on Apple TV 4K. I have set up display on Apple TV but iPhone does not display my Apple TV in Settings>Apps>Phone>Calls on Other Devices. I am running V26 on my iPhone 15 Pro Max and AppleTV 4k. Any advice would help.

This feature is not intended for the Apple TV box. It is intended for iPhones, iPads, and Macs.

Most routers allow you to combine the wired ethernet and wireless Wi-Fi bands (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, 6 GHz) into one logical network (and one SSID network name), where your local devices can communicate with each other. Verify that just one network device does routing on your home network. Extenders and repeaters shouldn’t do routing, instead just bridge the connectivity. [So-called ‘guest networks’ are a special exception for this, as those only connect devices to the internet, not to your home network. So reserve that for actual guests to your home, or turn it off.]
