So basically when I login on Instagram it says "save your login info on iCloud?" I click yes. How do i remove the login info from iCloud from my iPhone settings?

Did you look in the Passwords app?
I just had to log back into Instagram when I was setting up my new phone. It asked me if I wanted to save my password to iCloud. So, it's apparently an Instagram setting. Check the settings in the Instagram app.
