why wont my ipad let me connect to icloud

When I try and connect to iCloud on my new iPad it says server issue unknown I’ve tried everything just can’t manage to get into my account.


Has anyone got any ideas how I can get it to work.

There are many pertinent facts we don’t know. Here are a few:

  • What iPad model?
  • What iPadOS version?
  • Are you using Wi-Fi to connect?
    • Is it VPN free?
    • Is it anti-virus free?
  • Can you access other items on the internet?
  • Are you properly signed in to your Apple Account? (Check the top item in Settings.)
  • Is your iPad well charged?
  • Does your iPad have sufficient free storage? (Settings > General > iPad Storage must indicate at least 6GB free.)
