purchased 2 apple gift cards - damaged - 7/1 /25
I purchased 2 apple gifts cards on 7/1/25. They were damaged. In August I sent copies of receipts, cards along with ID Case Number. I have send these receipts and all for four times. Every time when I talked to a Senior Staff, the team has not sent the codes. When I talked to a Senior Staff today, they want me to send them another set of receipts and damaged cards. I have had to pay out over $4,000 to cover these cards. Because my grandchildren in college and need supplies and food. Today (9/19/25), I had told the children, we should get the codes. Guess what they did not have the codes. I do not have any money. My social security check does not come until September 24, 2025. She need this money to do a report, I failed her.
Why does a large company like Apple have this kind of service and everyone with the Senior Staff, that nothing can be done. They do not have any excess to the team that approves these codes.. Please help
