Hide My Email incoming identity reveal.

I recently received an email via my Apple mail that appears to be fishing and I have no concern as I deal with it appropriately. However, I want to know what hide my email address it used and I cannot get it to display that. How do I find it? Everything I've looked at will not disclose a particular hiden address. I have many established, but I cannot identify the one that has been compromised.
