IOS 26 Reduce Transparency Not Working on App Folders

Reduce transparency on my home screen is ONLY working for the bottom bar. I want it to work for the app folders the same way.

Oddly, the reduce transparency works in my app folders when I click into them, but is not shown that way on my home screen.
