how to configure apple mail open on a windows

I am accessing iCloud Mail via a web browser, Chrome, on a Lenovo Thinkpad Type 20LE S3T300, running Windows 11 Pro. I went to icloud.com/mail and signed in with my Apple ID and password.  I have opened an Apple Mail session and can open, read, reply delete etc messages, but there are the usual format or presentation aspects I would like to change, eg change dates from US format (mm/dd/yyyy) to UK or Australian format (dd/mm/yyyy).
