You appear to have been misled. Perhaps my previous reply was not clear. None of us can fix that website. Apple cannot fix that website. Only its administrator can fix that website. Contact them.
The website may simply be defective. Contact its administrator.
Ι tried to use that website but it requires login credentials I do not have.
This format is required for the CIBIL site, but Safari on iPhone is not displaying this format in the settings. Please correct this issue.
