Safari Profiles Signing Me Out

Whenever I switch profiles in Safari from my Personal profile to an added profile “Extra”, if I close the Safari app before switching back to my Personal profile, I get signed out of all of my websites on my Personal profile. No matter what I never get signed out of my websites on my “Extra” profile. I do have a lot of tabs opened on my “Extra” profile (100+) but I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it.
